Your data. Our responsibility.
We keep it simple, honest, and human-readable.
What we collect
We only collect information that genuinely helps us do our job well. Nothing more, nothing shady.
- Contact details — your name and email address, submitted through our contact form when you choose to reach out.
- Your message — whatever you write in the form. We read every one.
- Analytics data — anonymous page views, device type, and browser, used to understand how the site performs. No personal identifiers.
- Technical data — IP address (anonymized), referrer URL, and session duration for security and performance monitoring.
How we use it
Your information has exactly one job: helping us serve you better. Here is what that looks like in practice.
- To reply to your inquiry — we use your name and email to respond to messages sent through the contact form. That is the whole reason it exists.
- To improve the site — anonymous analytics let us see which pages work well and which need attention, so every visit gets better over time.
- To send project updates — only if you explicitly asked us to keep you in the loop on a project. No newsletters you did not sign up for.
- To meet legal obligations — we may process data where required by law or to protect our legitimate business interests.
We will never use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed here. If that ever changes, we will tell you before it does.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to make the site fast and functional. Each one has been chosen because it takes privacy seriously.
- Google Fonts — served via CDN to load typefaces efficiently. Google may log your IP to serve the font files. You can review their privacy policy at fonts.google.com.
- GSAP (GreenSock) — the animation library powering our transitions, loaded via CDN. It does not collect or transmit any user data.
- Google Analytics — if enabled, it collects anonymized usage data with IP masking active. No cross-site tracking. Data stays within our Google Analytics account.
Data retention
We do not keep your data a day longer than necessary. Here is exactly how long things stick around.
- Contact form submissions — kept for a maximum of 12 months from the date received. After that, they are permanently deleted from our systems.
- Analytics data — aggregated and fully anonymized after 6 months. At that point it is statistics, not records tied to anyone.
- Project correspondence — if you become a client, project-related communications may be retained for up to 5 years as required for contractual and legal purposes.
You can request deletion at any time, even within those windows. We will act on that request within 30 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR (Articles 15–20) you have meaningful, enforceable rights over your data. We take them seriously.
- Access (Art. 15) — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification (Art. 16) — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (Art. 17) — the right to be forgotten. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
- Portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can take it elsewhere.
- Restriction & Objection (Art. 18–21) — limit how we process your data, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
If you feel your rights have not been respected, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Azerbaijan Personal Information Protection Service (AZIPS) at azips.gov.az.
